What are cookies?

7 of Legislative Decree 196/2003
1. The party concerned has the right to obtain confirmation of the existence or not of any personal data related, even though these may not yet have been recorded, and to receive any regarding communication in an intelligible form.
2. The interested party has the right to obtain information on:
a) the source of personal data;
b) the purposes and procedures of processing;
c) the logic applied when data is processed with the use of electronic equipment;
d) the identity of the owner, responsible persons, and the designated representative in accordance with Article 5, paragraph 2;
e) the subjects or categories of subjects to whom the personal data may be communicated, or who can learn about them in their function of appointed representatives of the State, of managers or employees.
3. The user has the right to obtain:
a) the updating, editing or, when interested, the integration of data;
b) the deletion, anonymisation, or blocking of data processed unlawfully, including data that does not need to be retained for the purposes for which it was collected or subsequently processed;
c) evidence that the operations as for letters a) and b) were brought to knowledge, including their content, of the data communicated or disclosed, except in the case where such fulfillments become impossible or imply an employment of means which are disproportionate compared to the protected right.
4. The interested party has the right to object, entirely or in part:
